Our companies in South Africa (Head Office – SA) and Mauritius (Head Office – Africa), Mozambique, Gabon, Ghana and Australia have been established to service our African and global customers.
Gear Rail has identified and developed a unique portfolio of rail technologies that offer its customers affordable turnkey solutions to meet their specific railway infrastructure project requirements.

Gear Rail South Africa (GRSA) offers specialist rail services to customers in South Africa through its subsidiaries ARL&T and Proradi.
ARL&T provides niche rail products and solutions to various railway customers in South Africa.
Proradi provides a spectrum of professional engineering services primarily to the railway industry.
Gear Rail Logistics (“GRL”) provides bespoke and unique rail freight transport and rail operations.
We establish a localised presence, commencing with project conception, execution, system commissioning and any subsequent support and maintenance requirements.
Gear Rail Africa, headquartered in Mauritius, offers a full suite of rail solutions to its African customers.
Gear Rail Mozambique, Gabon and Ghana were established to ensure we provide world-class services and support to our regional customers.
